Lemon Parmesan Green Beans

Easy peasy side dish.


It looks and sounds a lot fancier than it really is. And it tastes fancier too. Lemon, oregano, parmesan... mmmmmm. Sounds like a restaurant side dish.

Well it might not be that fancy. But I cooked the beans two ways, that counts for something I think. 


I have to say the boiling + baking was a nice touch. Tender, yet firm at the same time. And these beans are loaded with flavor. The parmesan and lemon work really well together. A little tang, a little cheese.
