35 Popsicle Recipes

H. O. T.

The Hubby and I spend a few days down in Lake Powell last week and it was SO HOT.

I am naturally cold pretty much all of the time and my feet feel ice like those of an 89 year old dying woman all year round so summer temperatures reach nineties and The Hubby is dying, I'm actually quite comfortable.

But Lake Powell was a different story. 109-113 degrees is a bit much, even for cold-blooded me.

On a houseboat with 35 other people, no air conditioning, shade, and even a lake about the temperature of a bathtub... It was really really hot. Like sweating bullets hot.

And all I could think was..... popsicles!

Oh what I wouldn't have given for a popsicle.

And even though we've been able to take shelter from the heat inside our wonderfully air-conditioned house, I've still had popsicles on my mind all week long. And I'm really wanting to make some. But I can't decide what kind to make first.

Something creamy, or something a little more on the icy side? Fruity, or chocolate?

And do you see the problem here? All these options!!

I think I'll just go down the list. 1...2....3.... there's plenty of summer left to make all of these.

Better get started now though. I have a serious popsicle craving to satisfy stat!

They all look absolutely delish right?! Enjoy!
